Terms of Service
Effective 29 June 2026. Last updated 23 August 2026.
These terms govern your use of LNAT Logic. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
The service
LNAT Logic offers two things. Section A practice gives you original LNAT style questions with a worked solution written by an Oxford Law student. Section B essay review lets you submit one essay and receive written feedback and annotations from an Oxford Law student. The questions are original, LNAT style practice material. They are not real past papers.
No guarantee of results
Practising with us does not guarantee any particular LNAT score, university place, or outcome. We make no promises about results.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account. Give accurate details, keep your password secure, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
When using the service, you agree not to:
- attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service,
- upload unlawful, abusive, or harmful content,
- submit an essay that is not your own work,
- use the service to harass anyone, including the reviewers,
- resell or redistribute our questions or content without permission.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
What a review is, and is not
An essay review is one Oxford Law student’s considered opinion on the essay you sent. It is a study aid, not authoritative advice, and it is not a prediction of your LNAT score or an admissions decision. Reviewers are current students describing their own experience of writing and being marked, not officials of the LNAT or of any university.
Your content and our content
The questions, worked solutions, designs, and software are owned by the LNAT Logic team or our licensors. You keep ownership of the essays and answers you write. By submitting them, you give us permission to store and process them to run the service and to let a reviewer read and annotate an essay you have submitted, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Free and paid features
Your first five Section A questions and their worked solutions are free. Beyond that, practice papers and Section B essay reviews are paid, one off purchases with no subscription. The price is shown before you pay and payment is taken by Stripe. We may change prices for future purchases, but never for something you have already bought.
Refunds and cancellation
Practice papers. Your papers unlock as soon as you pay, so by buying you ask us to start straight away and you agree that you lose the fourteen day right to cancel once they do. If you have not answered any questions from a bundle, contact us within fourteen days and we will refund it in full.
Section B essay reviews. Your essay joins the review queue as soon as you pay. If a reviewer has not started yet, contact us and we will refund you in full. Once your review has been published the work is done, so it is no longer refundable.
None of this affects your legal rights. If something we sell is faulty, not as described, or not carried out with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To ask for a refund, email us at oliver@lnatlogic.com.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running well but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features as the product develops.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on a reviewer’s feedback or on any examination outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the top, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
